The casting method of stainless steel valve castings, from the current point of view, is the casting method using investment casting, that is, the fusible material is made into a fusible model, that is, an investment mold or a model, and then a refractory material is coated thereon, It is dried and hardened to form a shell. After that, the model is melted from the shell, and the shell is placed in a sand box for dry sand molding. The mold is placed in a baking furnace for high-temperature baking, and after the mold or the shell is fired, molten metal is poured therein to obtain a casting.

In addition, when the investment is pressed, since the molding having a high surface finish of the cavity is used, the surface finish of the investment is good. This part of the shell is made of a special binder and refractory material with high temperature resistance to make a refractory coating. Therefore, the surface of the cavity which is in direct contact with the molten metal has a high surface finish, and further, the surface finish of the casting can be improved, generally Generally speaking, the surface finish of stainless steel valve castings is higher than that of ordinary castings, which can reach Ra.1.6-3.2um.
