The quenching of aluminum die-casting products is to heat and heat the workpiece and then rapidly cool it in water or other quenching medium such as inorganic salt solution. After this process, the steel parts produced during the operation will harden. At the same time, the steel piece becomes brittle. In order to reduce the brittleness of the steel piece, the quenched steel piece can be placed at a temperature below 650 degrees Celsius above a normal temperature for a long time of heat preservation, and then cooled, which is called back. fire.
