Aluminum die castings can also be made with relatively high precision and finish, which can also reduce the amount of mechanical processing of castings and the casting allowance of metal aluminum or aluminum alloy. The quenching process of aluminum die castings heats the workpiece and quickly cools the water or other quenching medium such as inorganic salt solution. After this process, the steel parts produced will also be hardened. Will make steel pieces brittle. In order to reduce the brittleness of the steel parts, the steel parts of the quenched fingers are also placed at a temperature higher than 650 degrees Celsius above normal temperature for a long period of time.
