When the precision stainless steel valve body casting is used for casting, because the fluidity of the molten steel is relatively poor, in order to prevent the steel castings from producing cold separation or under pouring, the wall thickness of the steel casting may not be less than 8 mm; Or it is a hot casting type; appropriately increasing the temperature during pouring, generally should also pay attention to maintain at 1520 ° ~ 1600 °C, due to the high pouring temperature, the superheat of the molten steel, maintaining a long time liquid, flow performance is improved.

 

If the pouring temperature is too high, it will inevitably lead to coarse grains, hot cracks, pores and sticky sand and other defects. It is precisely because of this that generally small, thin-walled and complex-shaped precision stainless steel valve body castings, its pouring temperature is the melting point temperature of the steel +150 °C; the structure of the pouring system of precision stainless steel valve body castings is simple, And the section size is larger than cast iron.
